I need some assistance procuring for this installation:

1. Video camera and tripod. Preferrably some remote control for the camera as well.

2. Two buckets. Like 3 gallon paint buckets. Or anything like that. Flower pots. ETc.

3. Food. We can coordinate this later on.

I'll need an RSVP as well. Why don't you comment as to what dates in mid-late June would work or not work for you.

While we're at it why don't we move to Blogger comments on this sucker?

PS This will not be an art free-for-all; but if you would like to perform, display, or sell any work at the event you are free to co-ordinate with me beforehand. Well beforehand would be preferrable.

PPS Please spread the word. The more the merrier.

PPPS This may offend staunch Catholics.

if you have time tonight... come see Polyphonic with us. tomorrow: The Gin Blossoms.

The Polyphonic Spree
Presented by The Dallas Observer
American Airlines Plaza Stage
Virtually overnight this 22 member group, led by former Tripping Daisy front man Tim DeLaughter, have defined a new music genre with their uplifting musical message that's catchy pop minimally laced with a smidgen of lively Godspell-like attitude thrown into the mix. Widely embraced by media and critics alike, the group boasts a ten-member choir, a pair of keyboardists, as well as a percussionist, bassist, guitarist, flautist, trumpeter, trombonist, violist, a French horn player, a theremin player, and an electronic effects wizard. Currently on tour with the legendary David Bowie, "the Spree" got the call of a lifetime recently when they were given the nod to co-headline the Lollapalooza Tour later this summer alongside The String Cheese Incident, The Flaming Lips, Morrissey, and Sonic Youth.

sorry i missed the trip, i would have liked to have gone but i didn't even know i was on this blog til just now. so perhaps i can make it up by cutting my plaid pants and fashioning a catholic school girl kilt. miss you guys, got most of the fesces off my fan blades. shoot me some respondage when you get a chance... i haven't been to the shamens house since they moved to arlingotn which is crap since i live in arlington as well. i hope i'm not breaking the format here with a bunch of personal drool. just excited to see the familiar words of well missed friends and lovers. i'm going to start an open table multifaith community/bookclub of tainted intellectuals called the legion of doom... who's with me!?
