Movie Premier Thursday Night
Hey Guys-
Wanted to invite you all out to the premiere of my new short film, Youngster. The two leads in the film are Al Thompson, who played Danny Glover's son in The Royal Tenenbaums and played alongside Mandy Moore in A Walk To Remember, and Derek Jamaar Taylor who just finished up his run as the young Simba in The Lion King On Broadway. It's going to be a terrific evening at the Angelika. Feel free to bring some friends along and I hope to see you all out. Best- Will

I need some assistance procuring for this installation:
1. Video camera and tripod. Preferrably some remote control for the camera as well.
2. Two buckets. Like 3 gallon paint buckets. Or anything like that. Flower pots. ETc.
3. Food. We can coordinate this later on.
I'll need an RSVP as well. Why don't you comment as to what dates in mid-late June would work or not work for you.
While we're at it why don't we move to Blogger comments on this sucker?
PS This will not be an art free-for-all; but if you would like to perform, display, or sell any work at the event you are free to co-ordinate with me beforehand. Well beforehand would be preferrable.
PPS Please spread the word. The more the merrier.
PPPS This may offend staunch Catholics.

The Polyphonic Spree
Presented by The Dallas Observer
American Airlines Plaza Stage
Virtually overnight this 22 member group, led by former Tripping Daisy front man Tim DeLaughter, have defined a new music genre with their uplifting musical message that's catchy pop minimally laced with a smidgen of lively Godspell-like attitude thrown into the mix. Widely embraced by media and critics alike, the group boasts a ten-member choir, a pair of keyboardists, as well as a percussionist, bassist, guitarist, flautist, trumpeter, trombonist, violist, a French horn player, a theremin player, and an electronic effects wizard. Currently on tour with the legendary David Bowie, "the Spree" got the call of a lifetime recently when they were given the nod to co-headline the Lollapalooza Tour later this summer alongside The String Cheese Incident, The Flaming Lips, Morrissey, and Sonic Youth.
